The room was lovely, but the bathroom needed better maintenance.

the room was perfectly comfy and really close to the university. staff was super friendly and there was a fan in the room, which was great coz it was warm. i had breakfast with my daughter and it was nice and quiet, so overall a great stay.

the bathroom could use some work and the heating wasn’t great in the main areas.

The breakfasts were fantastic, and it’s just a short stroll to the lovely pearson park wildlife garden, making this a great spot for someone who loves weekend walks in the city. don't expect luxury, but there’s everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The room offered solid isolation from outside noise, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Location provides easy access for exploring the area, with several attractions within a reasonable distance.

The en suite shower room had a stale odor, probably from the toilet, and the shower curtain seemed overdue for a thorough cleaning. The bed springs felt a bit too firm for my liking, though tolerable. The overall aesthetics could benefit from some refreshing touches, appearing somewhat worn despite any recent efforts.
